Back on my bike. A real treat in this weather.

Took my first mando lesson with August Watters. It was the best music lesson I've had since I had piano lessons with Tanya Yampolskaya as a kid. No rush. He took the time to understand what I needed. He had materials covering every issue we came across. I came away charged up and equipped to study for the couple weeks till my next lesson.

Bought handheld recorder Edirol R-09. Hopefully this will help in capturing songs as they emerge & will make this blog more interesting.

Took my fourth Rolfing session with Garret Whitney. Garret's a small guy, but he sure knows how to use his weight. This session was different as it used a series of visualizations to go with the actual structural integration (deep tissue) therapy. I'm hoping to do the entire series of 10 sessions with him as it's doing wonders for my posture and general awareness of how my body works / occupies / moves through space.
